After an afternoon of putting Nova and Cortez through their paces out back, and after a hot shower, Doc finds himself at the bar in search of a cup of hot chocolate. Instead, he finds a napkin asking him to bartend.

He deliberates for a minute, and then writes up a quick specials board.
